This is on Grotto Beach in Hermanus, at the edge of the lagoon, a perfect place to walk the dogs and take in the early morning splendour!

It forms part of an ongoing initiative, the Artist Support Pledge, started in the UK to support artists during the Covid 19 pandemic. Works of art are posted on Instagram using the #artistsupportpledge and work must not exceed R2000, US$200, EUR200, GBP200 and so on, depending in your country of origin. When the artist reaches an income from sales of R10,000, the pledge is to buy work from another artist, thus supporting another artist.
